The fashion industry go-to barber combining a deep understanding of traditional techniques with his own innovative style.
Nat Bury

Keeping the fashion industry trimmed and fresh is an important job, and one that has been increasingly falling to Dat Barber Nat AKA Nat Bury in the last few years. Combining a deep understanding of traditional and Afro barbering techniques with his own innovative, creative style and local sensibility, Bury’s work has made him a go-to name in music and fashion. When he’s not trimming clients like Frank Ocean, Tom Hardy and Adwoa Aboah, or working with brands like Aries and publications like Dazed, he’s a regular collaborator of Saul Nash and Nicholas Daley and contributing editor for Elgar Johnson’s new football and fashion magazine Circle Zero Eight.

A “North West London boy through and through”, Bury grew up in Gospel Oak and stumbled upon barbering while on jobseekers allowance. To his surprise he discovered not only a talent for it, but a great love for the craft as well. For the last five years, Nat has been working from local community staple Mo Better Cutz in Ladbroke Grove alongside Rodney Trotters and Rohan Nurse. Obsessed with aesthetics and authenticity, Bury works to create a lane that others like him can use to access creative space and better represent themselves and their community.
